Pretty rare 7" out of Belgium. Admittedly, I don't think too much of the b-side, but "Ah!" is a nice little upbeat piece of wave for you to enjoy. Vocals sometimes remind me of Parade Ground a bit. Check it.

You're right, "Ah" is an interesting track good for your mood. Includes clever use of a vocoder, a rare thing in post punk/new wave. Fortunately the voice does not remind me too much of Parade Ground which I can hardly take, but more of Urban Verbs.

ReplyDeleteActually, nice comparison, oldskool. I hadn't thought of that. I think it is when he says, "The Fish is dead!" at the 1:51 mark that I get the PG vibe.
